Rhys leads Evolution Traffic Management in Australia. He has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles primarily in civil, construction, manufacturing, and transport industries. He has previously worked for companies such as MaxiTRANS, BlueScope Steel, Waco Kwikform and Fletcher Building.

Rhys has a diverse functional experience in sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. He keenly focuses on developing and implementing initiatives that promote high-quality customer experiences. He has been instrumental in driving the expansion of Evolution Road Services division in Australia.

Rhys joined Evolution in 2021.

“In an industry where complaints are all too common, I wanted to highlight the excellent job and Evolution traffic controller is doing north of in Injune (90 km north of Roma) on Queensland’s Carnavron Highway. During a long weekend trip, I drove through a work site and was very impressed with the site setup and the cheerful traffic controller on duty. The traffic controller was happy, smiling and waving to all motorists while keeping everyone informed about the reasons for the delays.”
