Grant leads Evolution Traffic Management after 2 years as GM of Evolution Fleet Services and a short term as National Contracts and Systems Manager with the Evolution Group. He brings with him vast experience across a range of sectors including Traffic Management, Transport and Finance with 20+ years in Accounting Public Practice (8 years as Partner).

As General Manager of another Traffic Management company for 4.5 years, the focus was on introducing initiatives to enhance strong client and employee relationships, sustainable growth while striving to become one of the top Traffic Management companies in the State. The servicing of the Traffic Management Contract with the largest Council in Australia as Sole Supplier was one of the most rewarding but challenging aspects of that role as GM.

Grant’s direction is on growth initiatives, continual business improvement, leading change, project implementation and the successful execution of strategy in the businesses he manages, while ensuring high service standards, compliance and safety for clients and employees.
