Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed colleagues, and friends,

I am thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone in the history of Evolution Traffic Management. As we mark their 20-year anniversary, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the journey that has brought us to this moment.

As someone who has been privileged to be a part of this industry for over 13 years, I have seen firsthand the growth and evolution of Evolution Traffic Management. From my early days as a STMS to my current role as an Audit & Training Officer, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented and dedicated professionals in the industry.

Today, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the entire Evolution team. Your commitment to providing excellent services and ensuring the safety of our roads is truly admirable.

As someone who has held various operational roles within Evolution, including Nightshift Manager, Operations Planner, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and Workforce Planning Manager, I have had the opportunity to see the impact that our team has had on the industry. And I am proud to say that our dedication to excellence has been recognized through numerous awards and accolades.

But as we celebrate this milestone, I also want to look towards the future. As we continue to grow and evolve as an industry, it is crucial that we invest in the next generation of TTM professionals. That’s why I am excited to announce that I am aspiring to become a TTM Trainer and Assessor, with the goal of upskilling new candidates and ensuring utmost compliance in our industry.

So let us take a moment to celebrate Evolution’s 20-year anniversary. Let us acknowledge the achievements of our team and look forward to many more years of growth and success. Thank you.

“In an industry where complaints are all too common, I wanted to highlight the excellent job and Evolution traffic controller is doing north of in Injune (90 km north of Roma) on Queensland’s Carnavron Highway. During a long weekend trip, I drove through a work site and was very impressed with the site setup and the cheerful traffic controller on duty. The traffic controller was happy, smiling and waving to all motorists while keeping everyone informed about the reasons for the delays.”
