At Evolution we value our team members’ safety on site. We encourage all our leaders to get out on site to not only demonstrate visible leadership and show they care about their teams’ safety, but to also personally verify as leaders the plan they have put in place is effective in completing the job safely and to the quality expected of our clients.

Two of our leaders, Kylie and Russell, did an amazing job by getting out to site and prioritising safety every day by completing Site Visit Checks and TC assessments. They were fantastic in demonstrating the company values of One Team, Agility, Accountability and Safety.

To recognise this, Evolution presented them with a Recognition Award and a voucher to thank them for their efforts.
